Usage & integrations

Templates stay in mock mode until Convex is configured.

Run `npx convex dev`, then copy `NEXT_PUBLIC_CONVEX_URL` and `CONVEX_DEPLOYMENT` into `.env.local`. `CONVEX_DEPLOY_KEY` is optional.

Generation falls back to mock-safe template content.

Set `OPENROUTER_API_KEY` and `OPENROUTER_DEFAULT_MODEL`.

Reference programs come from bundled mock data and uploaded sources.

Optional for MVP. Add `AIRTABLE_API_KEY` and `AIRTABLE_PROGRAMS_BASE_ID` later if you want live Airtable retrieval.

The app runs in demo mode without authentication.

Set `WORKOS_API_KEY`, `WORKOS_CLIENT_ID`, `WORKOS_COOKIE_PASSWORD`, and `WORKOS_REDIRECT_URI`.

The app can run locally, but callback and referer behavior are less explicit.

Set `NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL` to `http://programtemplates.localhost:1355` for local dev.
